My experience with Mountainside Vets has been a very good one for so many years. Elijah, my kitty cat of 9 years saw Dr. Eidel. She is so nice and cordial and has for so many years. The staff is quite nice as well. My parents and their animals were taken to Mountainside Vets as well for so many years. I recommend them highly. There are I believe 3 or 4 other veterinarians as well. They are all excellent in veterinarian medicine. Mountainside has a comfortable waiting area. Short waiting time. Plenty of parking out front of entrance. I have been going to Mountainside for a very very long time. And I just want to say thank you for all the care you have given my animals.

The staff were very good with our puppy.This was our first time and being a puppy she was jumping all around. The staff did not mind and did several tings to calm her down. The doctor took time to answer all our questions .Great customer service....

Took Maggie Mae to Vet. She was thoroughly examined, and the vet explained everything he was looking for the reason she was limping. Blood tests were necessary because of fever. Diagnosis?..Lymes Disease. Awesome vet.

Mountainside Veterinary Hospital is clearly the best place to take your four-legged best friends for their vet care. The doctors are the best, very well trained; the vet staff are superb and they are very patient when dealing with our animals. Everyone is very understanding with their human guests, the animal's owners, and even more patient with their human guests when things don't go right. We have been with Mountainside for 15 years and we couldn't be happier and highly recommend them.

I had just moved to the area. My dog hadn't been feeling well and I called Mountainside. I was able to get him seen the next day. They had already retrieved the records from our prior vet and had reviewed them. The doctor was very thorough and gentle. He explained everything patiently. I was very happy with the level of care and wll be returning with out other pets.

All the veterinarians are exceptionally skilled. They conduct comprehensive examinations and take the time to elucidate all the necessary information to me. The staff is incredibly helpful and amiable.

I have been taking my dog to Mountainside Veterinary Hospital for years and I can tell you, every one there absolutely LOVES animals. They are always professional, courteous and eager to answer any and all questions. I couldn’t imagine taking my dog anywhere other than Mountainside.

We moved to Glyndon recently and took our new puppy Charli to her first visit with Dr. Eidel this week. I cannot say enough good things about this practice- very easy to schedule online, the appointment ran on time, front desk staff were kind and efficient, the vet techs were amazing, and Dr. Eidel took the time to answer questions about the practice and give me an overview of the next year in terms of things to expect with our new little girl. As someone who worked in veterinary medicine in college- I can say hands down this clinic is amazing.

All of the veterinarians and techs at Mountainside are wonderful! They are extremely knowledgeable and thorough to discuss and explain observations, symptoms, and causes. Every person that works here is incredibly kind and very patient (with the fur babies and with the pet parents!). I have had no trouble becoming a new patient, where other vets have given me a long wait time to get on the books. The Mountainside Team is the absolute best and I highly recommend them!

For over 13 wonderful years, Mountain Side Veterinary Hospital has been more than just a vet’s office—it’s been a second home for me and my beloved Beagle, Tony. From his playful puppy days to his wise, wagging senior years, every visit left me feeling truly welcomed and cared for. The staff’s warmth, expertise, and genuine smiles made routine check-ups a joy, and their attentive service always ensured Tony was thriving. I can’t imagine trusting anyone else with my furry family member’s health. But life has a way of breaking our hearts, and a few months ago, Tony fell seriously ill. The decision to let him go peacefully was one of the hardest I’ve ever made, shrouded in grief and doubt. That’s when Dr. Schilling stepped in as the compassionate guide I so desperately needed. Her exceptional care went far beyond medicine—she held space for my tears, listened without judgment, and gently assured me that we were giving Tony the kindest gift. Her empathy wrapped around me like a warm blanket, easing the weight of that unimaginable moment and helping me find peace in our choice. I’ll forever be grateful for how she honored Tony’s spirit and supported mine. In the days that followed, a simple yet profound gesture arrived: a handwritten note card filled with messages of love and support from the entire team.
